Great, the hotel looks clean and basic and easy access to Paddington Railway and Tube Station

We were 300 meters away from Mcdonald's, that offered quick meals. It was walking distance to sheldon square. If you walk 10 minutes, you'll find Paddington metro station.

Close location to paddington. Good choice for discovering London. We parked our car nearby.

The staff are good and provided all the help.
We were staying in room number 56. I could not get wifi connection there. That was the only let down.

Very near to Paddington rail station and tube station. Staff in the reception are helpful and kind. We can left our luggage here.
Family room is a little bit small. But it is still accceptable.

Very close to train station and underground. Easy to access to anywhere in London. Receptionist Nicholas is very friendly, helpful and cheerful; he made the customers feel welcoming and he actually can answer any questions regarding to London travel. Amazing!
long stairs to rooms. If your room is just located in between two floors, then you have to carry your heavy luggage either up or down the stair. It is very exhausted.

For us, the location was very important. You are very close to the Paddington Station and that makes easier going wherever you want in London. Staff very friendly and willing to help, wifi in the lobby of the hotel and a nice quiet area.
The room was not so warm, takes too long to warm it a bit.

Really friendly staff. Excellent location, only 2-3 mins walk from Paddington Station and pleanty of bars and restaurants around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and as a solo traveller I felt very safe at the hotel. The location for the activities I had planned for my break was spot on and I would stay again.
The room was a bit hot but that was only a minor issue.

Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from Paddington Tube Station. Local facilities, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops nearby. Hyde Park and central London within walking distance for the energetic. Reception staff friendly and helpful.Rooms comfortable and a reasonable size.

The heating system in my room did not work at all for the whole night. I complained it to the Reception for three times but they did not solve this problem. When I checked out the next morning, they also say nothing, no apology! This is the worst experience for a hotel!!!
